You're protected

Protected from day one

Something wrong with your order? Start by contacting the seller. Most issues resolve quickly. If you need us, defects and "not as described" issues are covered for 7 days from delivery. Package never arrived? Contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Item not as described?

If what arrives doesn't match the listing description, you're entitled to a full refund including original shipping. Document the issue with photos and contact the seller through Trad Market. If it isn't resolved, we'll step in. The seller covers return shipping.

Change of heart?

Return policies for preference returns are set by each seller — typically 3 to 30 days from receipt, sometimes with a restocking fee, and either you or the seller covers return shipping. The exact terms are shown on every listing page so you know before you buy. Some listings are final sale; defect coverage above still applies regardless.

Every transaction is verified

All sellers complete identity verification before receiving any payments. You always know there's a real, accountable person on the other side of your purchase.

How to report an issue

Defects and "not as described" issues must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Preference returns follow the seller's listing-specific policy. If your order never arrived, contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date.

Take clear, detailed photos of the item as you received it, including any damage or discrepancies from the listing. You may need these to share with the seller or our support team.

Verified buyers

Every buyer on Trad Market is verified through Stripe before their payment goes through. When you get a sale notification, the money is real.

Automatic payouts

Once tracking confirms your shipment, your payout is on its way. Your very first sale waits for delivery confirmation. After that, every sale pays out on shipment.

You set the return terms

Every listing is yours to configure: return window (3 to 30 days), who covers return shipping, an optional restocking fee, or sales final. Defect coverage is handled by Trad Market regardless of your choices, so honest mistakes never become your problem.
